These old trays are carved from one piece ot wood, then an enamel finish is applied and the brightly painted flower designs are added. This one is in excellent condition and shows fine workmanship. It has a peacock painted in among the flowers, a rare design, not often seen on these old trays.

The paint colors are bright with a small amount of wear. Wood is sound with no cracks or splits. It measures 15 1/4" across. and is 1 1/2" deep.
