Good looking vintage Mexican basket. It is made of woven palm leaves. The colors were bright when it was sold back in the 1950's, but they have faded as is comon on these old baskets. The lid has a small round mirror in the center. There is one small place where the leaf weaving is slightly damaged, very minor (see images). The basket measures 13 3/4" across and 8" tall.
